BlueAnt X5i Stereo Bluetooth Headset Review

BlueAnt X5i Bluetooth stereo headset review - Pros
- Nice look. The headset seemed thin but was well constructed.
- Good sound quality. The sound quality is as good as my last Bluetooth headset - Plantronics Voyager Pro. The audio from the speaker is clear and loud, with a lot of bass. I like to use it to listen to music, the stereo sound is amazing. When I was chatting with my friends, they said my voice sounded very clear.
- Noise cancelling. The microphone features noise-canceling that easily prevent all noise out but let your voice in.
- Compatible with All Bluetooth enabled devices. This headset supports A2DP and AVRCP. You can easily pair it with your iPhone 4S, iPad 2, Mac Book Air, etc. It works well with my android cell phone, too.
- Quick to set up and easy to use. The setup is quite easy and quick, there is a document that tells you how to pair it with your cell phones in the box. The volume and mute controls allow you to adjust the sound of music or mute easily.
- Comfortable to wear for long term of use. It is easy to forget it on my ear when I have a call or listen to music. My ears have not experienced any discomfort since I used it.

BlueAnt X5i Bluetooth stereo headset review - Cons
- The battery life. The BlueAnt X5i is supposed to have more than 12 hours talk time as advertised. For me the battery lasts up to 6 hours. You'd better choose another long battery life Bluetooth headset or get used to charge this headset every day.

BlueAnt X5i Bluetooth stereo headset Review: I have a lot of Bluetooth stereo headsets, some of which are more than 200 dollars. The BlueAnt X5i is a good deal for the price, but I have a issue with this item: the battery life. If the battery life could last so long as advertised, I think the headset is a perfect one. For the great sound quality and noise-canceling feature, it is worth the price, I would recommend you if you are looking for a Bluetooth headset for your iPhone 4S.
